Vanguard announced that multiple U.S. equity index funds will have "Morningstar" added to their names, effective July 29, 2026. This change follows Morningstar's acquisition of CRSP in February 2026, which includes the indexes tracked by these Vanguard funds.
Beginning on July 29, 2026, "Morningstar" will be added to the names of multiple Vanguard equity index funds. For example:
